The property is extremely spacious with the master sitting room with double height glass windows and a log burner. there is a further living room with patio doors leading out on to the south-facing deck. Upstairs there is a mezzanine area with spectacular views out to sea. A library area is also situated upstairs.
The garden is totally enclosed and has a gate down to the river. The garden has many nooks and crannies for exploring and a vast choice of outdoor seating along with a barbecue on the decking.
The garage has storage for golf clubs, fishing rods, and bikes. Above the garage is the 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony where you can sit and watch the sunsets in the evening.

It is a perfect spot for discovering and exploring the beautiful North Highlands. From Lochaill you are only an hour away from the North Coast and day trips to the rugged West Coast are also easy.
